What type of personal data do we collect?
We only collect personal data for the purpose of communicating with website users or implementing the offered service or selling goods based on the fulfillment of a concluded contract. General provisions
The customer voluntarily provides his personal data and agrees to their provision to third parties under the conditions set out below.
Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
In the event that the website user believes that the administrator or processor is processing his personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of private and personal life, or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he may: - ask the seller or processor for an explanation at his electronic address or in writing, - request the administrator or processor, by request at his electronic address or in writing, to eliminate the situation that has arisen in this way
If the website user requests information regarding the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged to provide him with this information at his electronic address or in writing by post. The administrator has the right to request reasonable compensation for the provision of information pursuant to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information, in the event of a repeated request.
Customer personal data is secured against misuse. Handling of customer personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., Act on the Processing of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).
